As a fun project, I decided to take a look at the Lock-On Burst and try to redesign it in a way that makes it more interesting to use, but also not as overbearing in comparison to the other weapons/mods of the game. Obviously the work I've done is very much a rough draft, but I think it shows the idea decently well, enough to provoke discussion from the community.
