Error Check that the device is connected then try again with Samsung LCD TV
Can't recognized Flash Disk, Flash drive, microSD via USB port for Play Video, Music in LCD TV.
Specially if you want playback music or video. Copy from Windows storage to flash disk. But you forget, Flash disk format using NTFS.
That Flash Disk can't detect in LCD TV like Samsung LCD TV.

If LCD TV still does not recognize the USB device
Solution Error Check that the device is connected then try again

Check format media in Windows.
If you format Flash Disk or microSD using NTFS or exFAT.
You must reformat to FAT32.

If you want compatible with OTG or Android storage.
Format FAT32 and Size 32KB.
That format storage compatble for LCD TV media port and Android storage.

Older model LCD TV only detect Flash Disk with FAT32 formatted.
Before moving any file to USB Flash Disk, check format the Flash Disk to FAT32.
This tip for older Samsung LCD TV

Only new model QLED TV, or 4K LCD TV Samsung support NTFS, FAT and exFAT
Samsung QLED and Samsung UHD TVs support FAT, exFAT, and NTFS file systems
Samsung Full HD TV supports NTFS (read only, may be), FAT32 or FAT16
