Evinix STB Totally Dead: Black Screen, Channel Light Doesn't Turn On

Potential Solution: Replacing the damaged capacitor could be a solution to revive your Evinix H1 STB.
Common symptoms encountered are the absence of a picture display on the TV screen and the channel indicator light, which usually illuminates, is now dark. The common previous condition was that the Evinix H1 had to be restarted for the picture to appear. Sometimes it would turn on after one power cycle, sometimes after two to three power cycles.
The absence of the channel light on the Evinix STB and a blank TV screen indicate a problem with the device. Some possible causes include:
Damage to the Power Adapter
The adapter, which is responsible for supplying power to the STB, could be the main cause. If the adapter is damaged, the STB will not receive enough power to function.
Damage to the 2 capacitors in the adapter is what causes the power not to work properly.
The Evinix Set Top Box does not display an image.
And a characteristic of Evinix damage is when the initial "On" screen or text does not appear.
The capacitor section can be checked; sometimes the capacitor in the Evinix adapter looks swollen.
