Samsung TV show Not Supported File Format
Play video from Flashdrive, and can't playback
How to check compatible format video
00:06 Check information from video, or check via VLC Player.
Select Tools, Media Info, and Codec
If video Codec H.264, Samsung LCD TV can playback without problem
If video Codec H.265, Samsung TV can't play that video.
Bullt-in decoder only support H.264.
Only high end Samsung TV can play H.265 format video.
Like Samsung H series 6400.

Play different format MKV and MP4 with Samsung LCD TV

Please check your video file.
If video file Codec H.265 or HEVC (like 10bit video).
Samsung TV can't decode that video.

Solution, don't play video for Samsung LCD TV. If video compressing H.265.
Or Re-encode to H.265 MP4
