Join us inside the Clifton House in Windsor Hills. Acclaimed poet Lucille Clifton and her husband, activist Fred Clifton, lived here with their children between 1967 and 1980, when it was lost to foreclosure. Their daughter, Sidney, bought the home back in 2019 and today it is again a beautiful sanctuary for writers and artists. Thanks for watching and see you soon with another video.
This is our series called "Five Minute Histories." Every week, we’ll record a short video about a different historic place in Baltimore and post it on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.
