The Classic V60 has twelve ribs that lift the filter away from the walls, giving you plenty of bypass and an open, forgiving brew.
The Mugen lets the filter hug the walls much more closely, reducing bypass and changing the flow.
The Neo packs in seventy-two ribs. Water has more pathways to travel, giving it the fastest drawdowns here and some of the most consistent brews.
The Alpha lands in the middle, using curved channels to balance flow and bypass.
And then there's the Suiren... almost nothing but ribs. No outer walls, less heat retention, almost no bypass, and a completely different brewing experience.
