How to fit a staircase with winders in detail, this is a video that will show how I am fitting a made to measure Oak winder staircase to a new house following the plastering so we can keep the joinery in perfect condition.
I am joined by Frank Schipano an award winning carpenter from Melbourne in Australia who has come to witness and help with the installation
In this part of my staircase construction with winders series I am now putting the main part of the staircase in place and gluing in the winders, kites and risers
This part of fitting a staircase can be difficult and its really important to do a dry run to make sure everything comes together nicely
