I am making some simple Oak faced doors and panels for under a staircase to create a useful storage area
I am using plain MDF for the frame and then a real Oak faced MDF for the matching panels and doors, I am using an iron on edging strip to veneer the cut edges and then some Blum hinges to hang the doors to the frame
