How to properly install insulation taking into consideration the performance gap and current building regulations. Many people under estimate the costs and work involved when insulating, in this video I demonstrate how we insulate using solid insulation boards otherwise known as PIR. We also use a product called Gapotape, this is a compressive tape that is fitted to the cut boards prior to installation.
