A bule and an Indonesian woman have a beautiful daughter, who they brought to Jakarta, to meet their Opa for the first time.
We also gave her durian, which she loved! She also had a nice experience holding a baby chicken, and got to meet lots of cousins, aunts and uncles.
It was essentially a family trip, start to finish.
Steve got to drive in Jakarta for the first time, on our way to spread flowers in the sea for Ivana's Oma and Opa.
Steve also disovered a new food: rawon. Really delicious and sort of hard to describe. It's made from the seed of a tree, and is evidently poisonous if not preapred properly.
And so, we had a great time with our Indonesian family, and next up we are headed to Singapore!

Kami juga memberinya durian, yang sangat disukainya! Dia juga memiliki pengalaman yang menyenangkan menggendong anak ayam, dan bertemu dengan banyak sepupu, bibi, dan paman.

Steve dapat berkendara di Jakarta untuk pertama kalinya, dalam perjalanan kami untuk menyebarkan bunga di laut untuk Oma dan Opa Ivana.
Steve juga menemukan makanan baru: rawon. Sangat lezat dan agak sulit dijelaskan. Rawon terbuat dari biji pohon, dan ternyata beracun jika tidak diolah dengan benar.
Jadi, kami bersenang-senang dengan keluarga Indonesia kami, dan selanjutnya kami akan berangkat ke Singapura!
