![Tales of Xillia Milla Solo: Maxwell [No Items/Unknown/No Damage]
Despite all of the build-up, Maxwell is very much a pushover who Milla can kill very quickly lol.
Game Modifications:
-Modified the party
-Activated Millas magic stance normals

Strategy:
Maxwell has four different forms based on the elements fire, wind, earth, and water. These forms essentially give him a different set of artes and weaknesses/resistances. However, he always starts in fire form and this is one of his worst forms. In this form, he has Flare Bomb as a counter which doesnt have much of a vertical hitbox. This means that I can pretty much beat Maxwell up for free as long as Im in the air which is very easy for Milla to do. Hes also weak to water, so I chose to spam Aqua Protection if he goes OVL and casts Sunburst lol. Had to do it somewhere in the run so might as well do it when I have some time to kill. You can pretty much apply everything Ive said about fire form (minus the weak to water part) and it also applies for the earth form. Maxwells Grave counter is also quite terrible.
As for wind and water forms... I honestly just reset if I see these forms. Its complete RNG whether he switches or not since I cant guard manipulate him or anything. Water form is playable, but its just annoying due to him spamming Aqua Protection (just like me!). Meanwhile, wind form is pretty much guaranteed death due to some of its terrifying attacks.

![Tales of Xillia Milla Solo: Nameless Anomaly [No Items/Unknown/No Damage]
I heckin love this light moth thing...

-Changed Milla hair color

Strategy:
This boss is really just a knowledge check. The Nameless Anomaly is insanely dangerous if you let it do whatever it wants since it has very annoying attacks including a wind attack that has an instant start-up. However, if you know to guard manipulate it, you can make it do Absorption when it has the opportunity to attack. This makes its dangerous attacks pretty much irrelevant so all I really have to do is learn how to deal with Absorption and its spin counter lol. Millas backstep kinda sucks, so backstepping Absorption was a slight pain but its pretty easy to dodge. For the spin counter, I found that the easiest way to dodge it was with an aerial backdash since it covers a lot more distance than her backstep. If Im really close, then Ill do a backstep into an aerial backdash to dodge it. I can also ascend to a point above the spins hitbox if I do Shimmer Spin enough times.
In terms of offense, its generally best to dodge Absorption and then break iron stance with aerial Grave before doing anything. Its worth noting that if you proc too many counters in a row, the Nameless Anomaly has the ability to start countering rapidly (after one or two hits). If this starts happening its generally best to back up, guard manip, dodge Absorption, and then start attacking again.
