The harvest from our first mature TPS potato plant of 2017. This is a diploid plant which was also the very first of all our plants to flower this year. It produced a copious amount of berries which resulted in a 1/4 oz of fresh TPS, as well as 2lbs 6 oz of pink skinned, yellow fleshed floury tubers.
