A video in a series, finishing with my next game, Krazy Karts!

This short video shows the addition of a number of new content updates:
- A new map, dubbed "Marshland" due to the large amount of grass and water mixed in to the track
- Tire tracks are etched into the ground surface when braking over road surface or yellow pavement areas - I got this idea from comments made from others right back when I first started this project, quite a fun little addition! These tire marks are also featured on the minimap, which I thought was pretty cool.
- A new Invincible powerup that enables you to drive through obstacles
- I've also finally completed the Kart sprites from the front directions, best seen when the win screen is displayed at the end of the race (~2m 20s in)
- The Kart's also have a driving animation, where they produce "smoke" while driving. It's a bit of a silly content addition, but adds a nice little visual cue to when you are accelerating.

This has been a big ol' update and I think I'll likely be finishing the game after adding in the 4 remaining maps. I was considering adding in a Championship mode but I think I want to start working on a new project now. I've learned a ton on this project so it'd be good to use that new knowledge on my next game while learning other things - and my work-in-progress FPS engine is waiting to be used!

This game uses a simple 2D game engine with pseudo-3d techniques: decidedly retro. I'm using a tweaked version of the one presented by javidx9; watch his brilliant tutorial here: youtu.be/ybLZyY655iY

This game uses the Chili Framework - which allows for pushing pixels to the screen and input / sound: http://wiki.planetchili.net/index.php... - thanks Chili!

Thanks to Eric Skiff (ericskiff.com/music) for his amazing music! This game uses a multitude of tracks from that site!
