1) target the blocks near the door from the left side, backflip
2) sidehop right - neutral roll - retarget, turn left
3) sidehop left, horizontal slash
4) jumpslash (let Link stand up all the way again), jumpslash

If you wait some time after the final jumpslash, you may have to walk back a little in order to open the door.
