Another great fast strategy concept on the "This is a message from Lord Nergal" chapter and here you can save about 2 minutes by using the Mine Glitch here (you get an extra one from Ch16). I think this is a great choice for the Mine Glitch since you have to wait for 11 turns regardless if you kill every enemy unit (wich extends the lenght of this chapter too much) or not.
The strategy basicaly consist on:
1-Rescue every NPC unit so there will be no "Other Phase".
2-Killing Denning from the beginning to prevent reinforcements.
3-Control enemies to give their weapons to another unit and rescue it (this prevents attacks and rescuing cut the enemy movement by half).
After doing this you will notice that the enemies can't target anyone but since they are programmed to go for the throne they will move towards it, but after blocking the path they will stop moving at all.
