Finding an intact mucker in an abandoned mine is quite rare. In this mine, we found two muckers on a lower level deep inside the mine!

This clip comes from Part 3 of a three-part video series I did on this mine several years ago titled “Exploring Over 5000 Feet of Tunnels in a Massive, Abandoned Mine.” After our initial visit to this impressive mine, we learned that three miners were killed in a tremendous collapse on one of the lower levels decades ago. The collapse was so massive that their bodies were never recovered despite several rescue attempts.

We also found blasting caps, a Stokes litter, a pickax, and many other artifacts throughout our exploration of this incredible abandoned mine.
