A friend of mine who I work with said, "Hey we're building our dream house. We need a place to stay. Do you have anything?"

I said, "I actually think I have something that'll work perfect for you."

I sent it to him. He texted me, not 3 minutes later saying, "we'll take it!"

I was like, "Hang on, talk to your wife."

He's like, "No, she's there NOW. We'll take it!"

I'm like, "She's there?? I don't have a lock on it.

No, she's looking in the window. She's there."

I'm like, "OK sure, let' me send over a lease."

So we got extremely lucky there... That was fantastic!
