If I wanted to quit my job, I needed to replace that income, or at least a good portion of it. So I needed cashflow. The easiest way and the most powerful way to increase your cashflow exponentially are two things: It's house hacking and airbnb.
Airbnb just simply because it's more income, right? Like, you're going to make 5-10 times more in gross rental revenue from short term rentals than you would from long-term rentals.
I'm able to have thousands of dollars in cashflow from just a couple of Airbnb's. That's to this day. That's what I live off of for the most part. You know the house hacking, it's simple man, like just simply getting a duplex, which is what I did. If you live in one side, and Airbnb out the other, and you get like $10,000 in gross revenue from one-half per month, that's going to cover all of your bills.
