I've been telling people I spend 2 hours or less per week on my real estate, while I'm here in Spain. And I get some wide eyes, and some ehhh, come on now.
On your rental properties, not the construction part of it, but just the maintenance and the managing the manager, what would you guess you spend on an average week working on your real estate?
Karen - "I would say once a month, you know, I do the monthly bookkeeping, an issue or two comes up. Honestly, I would say an hour a week. ONE HOUR A WEEK."
