When was the last time you printed your photos?
I think we’ve slowly lost the feeling of what it means to experience a photograph on paper — the weight of it, the texture, the presence it has in your hands.
All we do is view images on screens. It's just not the same as seeing it as a photo print, or on the pages of a magazine or book.
These signed prints are something I made for the students who joined my recent workshop in Shanghai. A small, personal gift — something tangible to remember our time together.
