This is a battle against the Boss Roche, on NORMAL MODEL, with a team that has completed the game on all difficulties, which is why it will seem easy.
The general strategy is the same of course, it will just take much longer without the proper weapons, materia & limit breaks.
TIPS
- Roche will restore your HP & MP on Easy or Normal.
- Equip Elemental+Fire on your weapons.
- Use Punisher or Counterstance to bait and attack and counter attack.
- He also uses mid-level magic spells.
- Use Focused Thrust to build Pressure and Triple Strike when he's staggered.
- If you can see him about to attack, use Counterstance for some massive damage.
