Upon returning to Goug, Ramza places the Aquarius Stone in the mechanical ball. The end result of this is quite hazardous.
After Mustadio recovers from the energy burst of his new ally, his father shows him and Ramza a totally random machine he repaired. He apparently found it around drift number 83. Ramza remarks how it resembles a heavenly globe.
Of course it would be fate that it reacts to the "Holy" stones and Mustadio's father wants Ramza to collected the Cancer stone so he can see what it does. I personally think he wanted this all along since he identified the Cancer symbol rather quickly.
