Well, friend battles are fun, but so are friend battles when they are in the same room with you. Baily had been working on this team for a while which is actually pretty interesting. Finally getting a chance to battle over Thanksgiving break, we had a go at it and overall it was a good time.
Now here the Pokemon on my team may look familiar but have a different trainer using them... that is because they are the same Pokemon. However MegaBuffaloBob decided to disown them and requested I make a new team for him. I couldn't just throw these Pokemon away because I put a lot of time and effort into them, so I made a new trainer to take care of them. I suppose if I were to write a story about it... I'd have to say that Ben's pokeballs ended up getting stolen by someone. Was it Brett that stole them? Who knows? I might end up writing and expanding on this thought, forming it into a story.
Let me know what you think of my music selection. I think this is the first time I've actually used a vocal piece and thus I didn't even attempt to loop it. I also edited out the intro and fanfare at the beginning. Is this a good idea? What parts of the battle should I cut out and what parts should I leave in? Should I use more vocal music? What kind of music do you, the viewers, want to hear? Any suggestions, comments, questions, etc. are welcome.
On a side note, I have a frightful love of the Europop in Sonic R.
