Happy New Year everyone! I hope everyone is excited about 2011! Have any of you made a New Year's resolutions? Do share please.
Since it is the first of the year, I thought I would upload something a little different from my normal Pokemon and Nintendo video games.
Final Fantasy Tactics is a tactical role-playing game that is almost like a bizarre spin on chess. The only similarity between chess and this game, though, is the fact that characters move on a board of squares... that is about it.
This is the very first tactics game in the series of Final Fantasy, at least to my knowledge. Several classes that many people know of should be recognizable to many of the Final Fantasy followers. The story is pretty intense at times, especially when main characters start killing each other off. It isn't as a light hearted story as Final Fantasy Tactics Advance for the Gameboy Advance or Dual Screen (D.S.). There are various real world elements in this game, such as religion, social rank, war and even death. A major difference in this game from Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and Grimoire of the Rift is that your characters will actually die if you leave them knocked out long enough. If a character dies, they either leave behind a Crystal or a Treasure Box. The Crystals can be especially useful as humans who you've slain in battle can leave abilities they know behind for your characters to inherit. There is an option to fully restore your character's health (HP) and magic (MP) as well.
I show a lot of the story that is involved in this game. It can be quite long winded at times, especially in the introduction. Please feel free to skip over it if you wish.
Please enjoy!

![Persona 3 FES: The Journey - April 24th, 2009 | Tartarus [Floors 1 - 5]
Main Characters Name: Minato Arisato
Persona: Orpheus, Pixie and Apsaras
Difficultly: Hard
Tartarus Floors Covered: 1 - 5
Boss: Venus Eagle
Date: April 24, 2009
Dungeon crawling is pretty intense. I tried to get to go as far as I could in a previous video, but Yukari became too tired and was eventually knocked out. So, of course, I retreated.
This time I was able to progress pretty far... well considering my level and my characters stamina. I didnt realize that characters took more damage when they were tired. I was pretty worried about Minato after getting hit by such powerful attacks. It was pretty close in the end too. I will do my best to complete Tartarus in sets to avoid unnecessary dungeon crawls that end up in either failure or my characters getting worn out before the boss fights.
Please enjoy. Persona 3 FES: The Journey - April 24th, 2009 | Tartarus [Floors 1 - 5]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/EP7G2_vMNL0/mqdefault.jpg)
