My “Field and Forest” vintage junk journal is finished! You’ve watched me create with a woodsy autumn mood. I made the cover from recycled cereal box, using a mixed media painty technique and a lovely collage of digital images from the collab kits on the front. The journal closes with my traditional button and beaded elastic closure. Some paper and fabric ruffles peek out the side. The journal is 8.75 inches by 5.75 inches in size with a rounded 1/2-inch spine. There is one large hand sewn signature with 84 pages altogether! Hand dyed papers are combined with designer papers, vintage papers and recycled items in my stash. 32 artistic pockets and tuck spots are stuffed with 42 pieces of ephemera for interest and extra journaling.
