A set of three small Rustic Christmas junk journals to be listed in my Etsy shop. These are created with a semi-soft cover from a recycled cereal box and covered in a pretty Christmas themed There is one hand sewn signature with a variety of mixed papers, most are hand dyed with coffee and distress inks to create the mood of a rustic farmhouse Christmas. Themed designer paper also helps create the mood. Each journal is decorated with the same 7 pockets and tucks and these are similarly stuffed with 9 pieces of ephemera for journaling, including handmade tags.
The journals were lovingly created as a place to plan for the holiday, to write and wish, to keep notes or remember Christmases past. I had a vision of snow on the ground, the scent of pine and gingerbread and the soft glow of candles framed in the window. I hope you can feel this mood.
