A First Great Eastern liveried 8 car (two train units) Class 321 multiple unit train and a ONE liveried 4 car (one train unit) Class 315 train pass the platform at Romford station which is used by trains on the Romford - Upminster shuttle service. Both trains are travelling westbound - towards London Liverpool Street station.

Filmed in August 2009 using a digital camera that only recorded video in VGA mode with 8 bit lo-fi mono sound.
