This is a very interesting puzzle that features a few strange interactions and requires good knowledge about phasing to complete. There are some markers that are big help, otherwise it would be a lot harder to figure out.

The main difficulties for the speedrun were finding the right camera angles to avoid hitting obstacles, and timing the phasing accurately. I played it a bit safe in the end because I kept jumping a couple frames too early when trying to be optimal.

Thanks to Kiruna Asaki for showing me the puzzle and offering me company while I practiced. She got a great speedrun too!
