The Shadowblood Queen is the final card of Queen's Blood mini-game in FFVII Rebirth. This is supposedly the most powerful card in the game. The Shadowblood Queen card in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth can be gotten by defeating Regina in Gongaga (Cloud's third and final battle with Regina).
