There are super secret uniforms that are unlocked after you beat the game or purchase them in special places at certain locations. Video shows all of them from the changing booth located in Corel. In addition, all uniforms of every character is shown (including the beach ones). Specifically, Yuffie gets here singing outfit, and Cait and Red get special outfits after you have defeated Sephiroth.
