This battle has the same problem as Gi Nattak, only here it's worse. Aerith simply doesn't have enough HP to be a consistent healer, as she can't survive a Hell Combo with Fury. That's why this battle needs to be quick. He needs to get poisoned as soon as possible so that you don't take too much damage. You get one Healing Wind and then you have to wait until you trigger his Cure2 and Trine counters, which will then heal the boys. Now, he will keep using Trine every 5th turn and you should be fine. With the Seraph Comb and Howling Moon, Red is by far the most powerful character for now.
