In the PC version, with this glitch you can create any item from other items during the Kalm flashback in Nibel. You can even create items that don't exist in the game or use Masamune with Vincent. Some items are worth 2 billion Gils and you can also trade in cd3 for an almost unlimited amount of master materias. You can also steal all Sephiroth' materias. This glitch relies on Yuffie warping, the Kalm skip and the Photo skip.
