Due to the scenario of me losing all four of my main party members that I was expecting to have for this first, I decided to save state before this fight to try beating Kefka with this party. Note that it would have actually been a lot easier of a fight if I just went through all three tiers again and got here with just one or two of those party members because I could have either outdamaged him with Traveler, or healed my whole party with White Wind, not to mention that I would have had more characters who could survive Forsaken.
This battle took about 15 or so tries before I was finally successful. Havok Wing was a real pain to deal with, since it's an instant kill to any of my party members. Full-party Thundaga was another thing that would basically be a game over. Firaga and Blizzaga were bad too, but due to immunities from a couple characters, they weren't quite as bad.
Basically, I needed to keep Mog at full health and Edgar ready to jump for whenever Kefka was about to use Foresaken. From there, I'd revive Locke and Sabin and use an X-Potion on Mog and try to get in some damage if possible. I wound up having so many game overs at this point due to him using Havok Wing two times in a row and me not getting enough time to restore my party before the next Foresaken. But alas, I finally did it.
