Fever was one of those tracks that stayed pretty consistent from start to finish. I’m a big fan of having the opening tracks flow into each other, but with this one, I wanted it to make an immediate impact. It’s packed with funk and actually served as the mixing reference for the rest of the album. Easily one of my favorites, though it’s hard to choose, because I genuinely had a great time making this project.
