Made by Team Adversity, Bells of Byelen is an complete FE8 romhack following the "telephone" development method started by Call of the Armor, where a team of chapter creators develop individual chapters in sequence, following off of each other's work both in gameplay and in story. Narratively, the project revolves around a group of rebels known as the Decian Liberators in their struggle to free Decia from the occupation inflicted on it by the Cythean Empire. Led by two officers, Cleo and Loewe, their fight for freedom will send them all across the continent of Orodreth, eventually becoming involved in something much bigger.
