RECIPES:
Cream of Wheat:
1 1/2 cups wheat berries
5 cups whole, raw milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
Coarsely mill the wheat. Add the ground wheat, milk, cream, and vanilla to a sauce pan. Heat over medium-high heat until it starts to boil, stirring frequently. Cook until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. We also like to add raisins or blueberries at this point. Enjoy!
