Case Type: Environmental - Hog Farm
Description: Plaintiff claimed that the odor from a local hog farm drifted nearly a mile to their home and lowered their quality of life.
Visualizations Produced: An aerial photo of the general area, as well as, photos of Plaintiff and Defense properties were obtained and used to accurately model both farms in 3D. Fearless Eye then modeled and placed 11 football fields between the properties to illustrate the distance of 4,329.6 feet that separated the properties at their closest point and 10,888.5 feet at their farthest. Showing enough distance exists between the properties for the odor to disperse.
