Can people ask questions, raise concerns, or offer a different perspective without fear of punishment, exclusion, or losing opportunities to serve? Or does disagreement lead to silence, isolation, and being pushed to the margins?

Healthy ministries welcome accountability. Unhealthy systems often see feedback as a threat.
