With this angle from the chest, you want to Sidehop and Backwalk, then cut the corner with a Roll.
Pull a Bomb and jump down to the head. Drop bomb, go to the downleft corner of the eye, then throw the Bomb upright. You can make the Bomb into the eye, but I barely missed it here but it still worked.
For Glitchless.
