For some reason if you Clawshot a surface near the ground (and if you're up against it), there's 1 frame after the Clawshot ends where you can input a sidehop. Since it starts a bit higher than usual, the Sidehop goes much higher than usual. This also works for backflips.
Unsure of any practical use cases.
