#54. Q: Whatâs the rule for colourful shoes laces?
Donât wear colourful shoe laces which donât match the shoe colour, like light pink laces with black shoes etc. This looks tremendous if you are in the luxury goods or fashion industries. It is also a great look for more casual situations. If you want to be taken seriously by other industries in business though and you turn up with your pink shoelaces, you are making life unnecessarily hard for yourself. Match the colour of the lace to the shoe and make sure the length of the lace is long enough to make a nice bow like a Parisian Knot.
