The UFLL want us to kill an arms dealer (not the Jackal) who is working exclusively for the APR, operating from a barge located under a bridge. Frank called us, and says that the arms dealer betrayed him. He wants to blow up an entire bridge just to spite him.
So we did that. Then we collect all the remaining diamonds. We also got all the tapes and handed them over to Reuben Oluwagembi, the reporter from the bar!

* Dunia.dll hexedit to fix jackal tapes
* Dunia.dll hexedit to enable bonus content
* Registry entry to enable extra machete skins
* Oasisstrings.txt edit to add Arturo Quiepo's name to the tutorial journal entry, as the game randomly softlocks at times and I need to look at any dynamic variables in the journal to verify whether it has or hasn't, as when the glitch occurs any character names will fail to show up, but the default journal entry for the tutorial doesn't have any such variables in it.
