This as many other coolers of this type uses the Peltier effect being now known as thermal electric. Where electric current moves heat from one side of a semiconductor junction to the other. then blowing air over the hot side of the element produces cold. this plate is then mounted to the inside of this sealed cooler producing a refrigerator effect.
This was purchased for 99$ USD from Target. you can get them all over the place.
and yes i know i say peizo electric in the video but im old and my brain takes a left with the right signal on. its Peltier, i know it. yet said it wrong but made sure to write it here when you smash me in the comments and didn't read this.
