I ran across this wonderful CD put together as part of a project inspired by Amy Grant and Ellie Holcomb, called "Faithful: Go And Speak." The project culminated with a livestream event from Nashville on May 1, 2021. An impressive gathering of many female Christian artists joined the event. The focus of the event and the music was the stories of women of the Bible. Although I am a man, I watched the livestream event anyway and was very moved.
This song is called "Rise Up". It's based on the story of Esther. It is fairly typical of the rest of the music on the CD, although this one is more upbeat than most of the others. I highly recommend this CD; lots of very good stuff by some very talented ladies.
Here's a video I put together to go with the song. The last portion of the video shows the ladies performing this song.
