This is just a quirky little song I had buried in a notebook somewhere, and I thought it might be interesting to share with everyone. I recorded it through Garageband and then slapped together a quick video, so I apologize if the editing seems rushed. Note that I am by no means a professional musician, so please excuse me if my voice is not perfect -- I had a lot of complaints about that on the last song I released. This is just for fun, so the trolls can suck a dick.
I apologize for my absence from youtube. I am still trying to make time for video production. As most of you know it takes me a very long time to produce an episode. I received a lot of great feedback on Episode 23, and I debated quite a few people through comments and private messages. I have complied a list of points made against my argument and I plan to address them very soon in a series of follow up videos. After that I will continue on with the series, as Episode 24 is written and ready to be produced.
Thanks to everyone for being so patient, as I am producing this series entirely on my own with no outside help whatsoever; therefore, my time and resources are limited.
LYRICS:
The ostrich is flapping its wings
But it can't fly
It only runs
And then it hides...
Its awkward head in the sand
Ah, but it can be seen
It's only fooling itself
What can it all mean?
Does he think it's alright
When there isn't a light
Or is it faith in a lie?
The eyes of a blind man can't see
But he can hear
You walk away
And he can feel...
The empty palm of his hand
As once again he's denied
And the tears he can't hide
Because it's too much to bear
There must be something up there
And before bed every night
He puts his faith in a lie

![Laminin: Proof God Exists ...and Hes a Christian!
Listen up all you God-hating sodomites! I used to be a heathen just like YOU. But then I found sanctuary in the Lord through proof and evidence that Jesus died on The CROSS. I am super cereal people, REPENT before its too late!!! ;)
In this video I deviate from my usual, documentary-style production and try my hand at a quasi-parody. I did this for a number of reasons. First, the title of my series does not generate a lot traffic to my channel and Christian parodies tend to attract the most number of atheist viewers on youtube. Second, Christian videos that attempt to justify faith with coincidental evidence, like laminin, aggravate me to no end. Therefore, I decided to highlight the laminin fallacy in a (hopefully) clever and playful manner.
Yes, there are a lot of pictures that resemble dicks, but it just goes to show you how abundant this ridiculous form of coincidental evidence really is. Although it was not my intention to offend anyone with this video, what offends ME is the mind-boggling ignorance of certain theists that adamantly claim mere happenstance to be legitimate proof of the divine.
If you enjoyed my work, I would very much appreciate if you could rate, favorite and subscribe. These simple actions can help bring greater attention to my work and widen my audience. In addition, feel free to share or mirror this video. I do not make any copyright claim and all music featured in this production was used with the intent of Fair Use.
The laminin protein was popularize throughout the Christian community in a 2008 sermon by Louie Giglio:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v e4zgJXPpI4
In his sermon, Giglio asks how we can know God will hold us together (which he infers from Psalm 33). He states, Thats really what we want to know today, and Ill tell you how you can know today that God will always hold you together, no matter what.
Giglio goes on to discuss the function of laminin (as glue), and its structure (a cross) in the body. He relates this to Colossians 1:17, which states, He [Christ] is before all things, and in him all things hold together. Giglios argument is that God designed laminin in the shape of a cross and gave it the particular function of glue in the body so that we can know (in his words) the truth that Christ holds all things together.
