Twenty-four hours after 275,000 fans leave the Miami Grand Prix, there's almost no sign Formula 1 was ever there. So what actually happens to an F1 circuit on Monday morning — and what if you could drive it the rest of the year?

John Murphy, Managing Director of South Florida Motorsports and the F1 Miami Grand Prix, joins Jason Stein on Cars and Culture to open the doors on the Miami International Autodrome — the only FIA Grade 1 homologated circuit built in the parking lot of an NFL stadium — and on Precision Drive Club, the membership Steve Ross and Tom Garfinkel built around it.

This one is different from every other private motorsport club conversation we've had. PDC doesn't sell garages. It doesn't sell condos or real estate. It sells access — to the F1 paddock, to the Dolphins locker room where Charles Leclerc and Kimi Antonelli take their driver's briefing, to Paddock Club, to parade laps on the Formula 1 circuit on Sunday of race weekend. And starting in 2027, to a permanent clubhouse overlooking Turn 1.

In this episode:
- What really happens to an F1 track the day after the Grand Prix — and how the campus was flipped for the FIFA World Cup in two weeks
- The 30-day sprint from Miami Open Centre Court to a full Formula 1 paddock
- Why Precision Drive Club sells access instead of real estate — and why the country-club model doesn't work on a temporary circuit
- Inside the member base: ages 20 to 70, half now running their own race cars, and members who went from never turning a lap to national-level competition in 12 months
- The McLaren fleet, simulators, data, and full coaching suite for members brand new to the track
- A member's Grand Prix weekend: three 40-minute sessions, pit lane walks, a Paddock Club suite, and concierge access
- Five circuit configurations — and why members overwhelmingly choose the 4.5km "black diamond" marina loop
- The permanent Turn 1 building coming in 2027 and what a real home changes
- Why South Florida became the fastest-growing top-end market in America for McLaren, Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, and Bugatti
- Where the club goes next: the ~100-member cap, the first international member trip, and lessons from Magarigawa and Thermal
- John on his sixth Miami Grand Prix, his Melbourne roots, and why he'd run the race twice a year if his marriage could survive it
