Christina's Mothers Day wish was simple. Take a trip to someplace we had never been before and enjoy the day as a family! So we traveled to a little known park in Dover, KS called Echo Cliffs Park. Nestled in between the farms of this rural community, the park features fifty foot cliffs that run along Mission Creek. Folk art signs, picnic tables, and a truss bridge built in the 1920's are some of the other attractions of this beautiful park. Even the arrival of a typical Kansas rain storm couldn't detract from our enjoyment of this scenic park! We thoroughly enjoyed our day there and look forward to visiting again someday!
