Every family has traditions, especially when it comes to birthdays. One of our traditions is that on one of the kids birthdays, I take them for a one on one hike. For Lici's fourteenth birthday we decided to explore someplace we had never been before. A small nature preserve tucked away in a small corner of Manhattan, Kansas called the Michel-Ross Audubon Preserve. On a beautiful Fall morning, Lici and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring this charming little park and all the lovely colors of the season! So much so that we cannot wait to bring the rest of the crew there! Join us on our father/daughter hike at the Michel-Ross Preserve.
