A tribute to the Blake Edwards thriller, "Experiment In Terror" (1962) with music by Henry Mancini. Kelly Sherwood (Lee Remick) is a beautiful young bank teller who lives in San Fransisco with her teenage sister Toby (Stefanie Powers). One night, Kelly is accosted and threatened by menacing asthmatic killer "Red" Lynch (Ross Martin), who tries to coerce her into stealing money from her bank. If she doesn't do what he wants, he'll kill her and her sister. Desperate, Kelly turns to FBI agent John Ripley (Glenn Ford) and he and his fellow agents set up a trap with Kelly as bait, in an effort to trap the evil criminal. But will their plan succeed, or will Kelly and Toby be Lynch's latest "experiment in terror"? Suffice to say, due to a certain sequence, I've hated mannequins and dummies ever since!
This is a great film, but not one that I'd recommend you watch home alone at night!
