This is the intro for my 2 part experiment. I am testing my own Albo-Grow Mix for seed starting and comparing it to Scott's Miracle Gro Seed Starting mix*.

From seeds, I'm growing basil, kale and lettuce.

MY MIX RECIPE:

4 c Worm Castings (outdoor worm bin)
3 c Coir
1 c Peat Moss
1/8 c Perlite
1/8 c Vermiculite

3/4 Tbs Espoma 4-3-3
2 tsp Dolomitic Lime
2 tsp Azomite
2 tsp Green Sand
1 tsp Dried Animal Sap
1 tsp Fish Bone Meal


For the 2nd part of the experiment, I'm testing my new Apollo Horticulture GL60LED Full Spectrum LED Grow Light and comparing it to my EnviroGro FLT24 2-Ft, 4-Tube Fixture using T5 Bulbs.

NOTE: The lights in this video are grossly outdated!
